The following three course tasting menu will be available for Denver Restaurant Week from February 20th - March 5th for $52.80 per couple and $26.40 per person (tax and gratuity not included). Our regular a la carte dinner menu will also be available.

Tenderloin & gorgonzola fried dumplings served with truffled micro greens, sweet chili reduction, and soy glaze

Alaskan king crab terrine, slow cooked prawn, spicy melon relish, and corn shoots

Black Bean Pumpkin Bisque

Smoked ham, candied brittle, five spice chantilly cream

Beet, Frisée, & Arugula Salad

Served with fried Haysatck Mountain goat cheese, micro celery, and lemon chèvre aioli

New York Steak au Poivre

A broiled New York steak served with a porcini and potato croquette, sautéed spinach, haricot verts, and a serrano and green peppercorn sauce

Teriyaki Grilled Salmon

Steamed Happy Rice, pickled vegetables, and dashi plum wine butter

Crispy Curry Duck Breast

Cardamom red lentil cake, grilled bok choy, baby carrots, shiso infused yellow curry

Pretzel & Herb Crusted Pork Chop

Black eyed pea ragout, buttered baby carrots, braised greens, tasso ham jus

Gnocchi Three Ways

Sweet potato, purple potato, and ricotta gnocchi, wild mushroom ragout, truffled fava potato foam, syrah reduction

Third Course

Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée

Served with an espresso lady finger and fresh berries

Molten Chocolate Soufflé Cake

Raspberry mint chantilly, strawberry chips, and vanilla ice cream
