The following three course tasting menu is available on Saturday, February 6, 2010 for $30 per person (tax and gratuity not included). The Greenbriar Inn will donate 25% of the total bill of all customers participating in the special menu to the Lyons Youth Baseball & Softball Association. Reservations are recommended.

Sautéed with fresh mushrooms, garlic, and shallots, served with whipped potatoes, Chef's vegetables, and Dijon crème fraîche

With a cous cous vegetable roll, tempura asparagus & shiso, and plum wine togarashi butter

Apricot Maple Glazed Duck Breast

Lingonberry purple sticky rice pilaf, tornade turnips, popcorn shoots, and chanterelle sherry duck jus

Rainbow Striped Raviolis

Stuffed wtih Boursin cheese, arugula, and exotic mushrooms, served with baby carrots, red & yellow beets, and truffled Charlemagne cream
