The Greenbriar Inn Turns 50!
The Greenbriar Inn is turning 50 this year and to celebrate this milestone we are planning monthly events such as drawings, featured menu items from the past and special multi-course dinners. To enter our drawings, simply fill out a comment card each time you come in. All cards will also be entered into our grand prize drawing on December 3rd for a holiday feast for eight guests!
Every month we will also be featuring some of The Greenbriar Inn’s most popular menu items from the last 50 years. December's throwback menu features are Striped Bass en Papillote and a Raspberry Pistachio Napoleon. Both of these menu selections have been on The Greenbriar Inn's menu during its 50 year history. Greenbriar Garden Update
The Greenbriar Inn is a wonderful place to celebrate the holidays! We are now booking holiday parties of all sizes. Whether it’s an intimate party of 10 or a grand event of 200, we'll help you celebrate in style. Celebrate with a post-work cocktail party, a multi-course dinner with dancing, or a decadent champagne brunch and let our experienced staff make your holiday event an occasion to remember! Join us on Sunday, December 24th for a delicious Christmas Eve feast. Choose from our award-winning Sunday brunch buffet or a festive dinner buffet. Brunch seatings are from 10am to 1:30pm and the cost for the champagne buffet brunch is $49 per person (including unlimited champagne and sparkling cider or up to three Bloody Mary cocktails). The buffet brunch only is $40 per person and children from the ages of 3 to 12 are $18.

New Year's Eve
Celebrate the end of 2017 and toast the beginning of a new year at The Greenbriar on New Year's Eve, December 31st! We will be offering our traditional Sunday champagne buffet brunch during the day from 10am to 1:30pm and a spectacular six-course New Year's Eve tasting dinner in the evening. Our sumptuous dinner menu will include your choice of innovative and delicious menu selections allowing you to create your own tasting menu. Champagne or sparkling cider is also included and reservations are available from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. . Happy New Year!

New Year's Day
Ring in the new year on New Year's Day with our famous champagne buffet brunch. We will be serving a special brunch on Monday, January 1, 2018 to celebrate and will be seating from 10am to 1:30pm. Enjoy our award-winning brunch complete with unlimited champagne or up to three Bloody Mary cocktails for $49 per person or choose just the buffet for $40 per person ($18 for children ages 3 to 12). In addition to the amazing and delicious breakfast and lunch items, a large selection of decadent desserts as well as Silver Canyon coffee, hot teas and house brewed iced tea are included.
We will be closed for dinner.
Celebrate Valentine’s Day and treat your special someone to a romantic dinner or brunch at The Greenbriar Inn. We will be serving a special multiple course prix- fixe dinner menu on Valentine's Day, Wednesday, February 14th and reservations are available from 5pm to 9:30pm.
Easter Sunday Brunch
Join us on Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018 for our Easter brunch buffet. Enjoy our award-winning brunch complete with unlimited champagne or up to three Bloody Mary cocktails for $49 per person or choose just the buffet for $40 per person ($18 for children ages 3 to 12). In addition to the amazing and delicious breakfast and lunch items, a large selection of decadent desserts as well as Silver Canyon coffee, hot teas and house brewed iced tea are included. We are extending our brunch hours on Easter Sunday and will be seating from 10am to 4pm.

University of Colorado-Boulder Graduation Weekend
Congratulations! The Greenbriar is an excellent place to celebrate this special and memorable event. Since this is a busy time and space does become limited, we suggest that you book your reservations as early as possible. We are accepting reservations for dinner on Thursday, May 10th from 5:30pm-9pm, Friday, May 11th and Saturday, May 12th from 5pm-9:30pm and on Sunday, May 13th from 6pm-9pm. To reserve a private luncheon or dinner party for 15 or more guests call us for details.
We will be serving both brunch and dinner on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 13, 2018. Brunch will be served from 10am to 2:30pm. The champagne buffet brunch is $49 per person and includes unlimited champagne and sparkling cider. The buffet brunch only is $40 per person. Children ages 3 to 12 are $18. Dinner will begin at 6pm, and will feature a wonderful selection of our seasonal a la carte dinner and dessert menu items. Make your reservations now and give mom the love she deserves.
Make your reservations now for Thanksgiving Eve on Wednesday, November 21, 2018! The night before Thanksgiving Day we will be offering a featured Thanksgiving turkey entrée as well as holiday desserts. Have your turkey early and beat the crowds or indulge in two days of turkey because it's that good! Our regular seasonal dinner and dessert menus will also be available.
Join us on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22, 2018 for one of the most anticipated dining events of the year. Our traditional Chef carved turkey dinner buffet is $45 per person ($22 for children from age 3 to age 12), and includes all the fixins' as well as shrimp cocktail, cheese and charcuterie, soups, salads, Chef carved prime rib, cedar plank roasted whole salmon and festive pies and desserts. Seatings are from 11:30am to 7pm and reservations are required.
