The Greenbriar Inn Turns 50!

The Greenbriar Inn is turning 50 this year and to celebrate this milestone we are planning monthly events such as drawings, featured menu items from the past and special multi-course dinners. Our April drawing was for a bottle of wine with dinner and in May we are giving away two gift certificates to our Inglenook wine dinner on June 22nd. To enter these drawings, simply fill out a comment card each time you come in. All cards will also be entered into our grand prize drawing on December 1st for a holiday feast for eight guests!
Every month we will also be featuring some of The Greenbriar Inn’s most popular menu items from the last 50 years. May's throwback menu specials are Rack of Lamb and Crepes Suzette flambéed tableside. Both of these selections began appearing on our menus as early as 1967. Greenbriar Garden Update

We are laying out our garden plan and getting ready to start our 21st season of production with our on-site natural herb and produce gardens. Our three gardens total 7,000 sq ft. and are located right outside our back door. Last year we planted around 50 items including favorites such as tomatoes (10 varieties), peppers (8 varieties), squash (9 varieties), beets (golden and chioggia), zucchini, arugula, rainbow chard, raspberries and blueberries as well as more interesting things like Japanese eggplant, horseradish, lemon thyme, tri-colored carrots, purple beans and currants. Stay tuned for a complete list of what we plant this year! Until our first harvest, our chefs will continue to utilize many of our garden items that were preserved last fall by pickling and drying as well as incorporating the pestos, jams and compotes that were created. Look for these garden ingredients in all of our menus as they become available. Learn more about our gardens

Yoga at The Greenbriar

Join Karen and Claire from Rishi Yoga for some fun and peaceful Vinyasa yoga on The Greenbriar grounds! These ladies are excited to move your practice out of the studio and into nature and your community. Each class is $15 (cash or credit card) and includes a complimentary beverage. Classes are scheduled on Sunday, June 4th from 10-11am and on Thursday, June 8th from 5-6pm. Meet at the pond on the west side of our upper parking lot and bring your own mat. After class meet in the restaurant for your beverage and maybe even stay for brunch or dinner on the patio!

Inglenook Wine Dinner

We would love to have you join us on June 22nd at 6pm for a multi-course tasting dinner featuring the wines from Inglenook. Hosted by their winemaker, Chris Phelps, we have a wide variety of wines and vintages associated with this property available to us, including Neibaum-Coppola Rubicon, Coppola Cask, and Inglenook Cask.  We have not made our final selections on wine and food, but honestly... make your reservations today because this will be a big, bold, and beautiful experience.  More details and the full menu will be available soon!

Thanksgiving Eve

Make your reservations now for Thanksgiving Eve on Wednesday, November 22nd! The night before Thanksgiving Day we will be offering our full Thanksgiving turkey entrée as well as holiday desserts. Have your turkey early and beat the crowds or indulge in two days of turkey because it's that good! Our regular seasonal dinner and dessert menus will also be available.

Thanksgiving Day

Join us on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 23rd for one of the most anticipated dining events of the year. Our traditional turkey dinner is $27 ($13 for children 10 and under), comes complete with all the fixins’ and includes second helpings. A festive selection of our seasonal dinner menu and holiday desserts will also be available. Seatings are from 11:30am to 7pm and reservations are required.

Holiday Celebrations

The Greenbriar Inn is a wonderful place to celebrate the holidays! We are now booking holiday parties of all sizes. Whether it’s an intimate party of 10 or a grand event of 200, we'll help you celebrate in style. Celebrate with a post-work cocktail party, a multi-course dinner with dancing, or a decadent champagne brunch and let our experienced staff make your holiday event an occasion to remember! Christmas Eve

Join us on Saturday, December 24th for a delicious Christmas Eve feast. Seatings are available from 4:30pm to 8:30pm and we will be offering our seasonal menus as well as festive dinner and dessert specials. Reservations are filling up quickly so makes yours now and make it a tradition to be a part of The Greenbriar Inn holiday experience. Merry Christmas from all of us at The Greenbriar Inn!
We will be closed on Christmas Day.

New Year's Eve

Celebrate the end of 2016 and toast the beginning of a new year on New Year's Eve, December 31st with a spectacular six-course New Year's Eve tasting dinner. Choose from our innovative and delicious menu selections to create your own tasting menu then sit back, relax, and enjoy! Sparkling wine is also included and reservations are available from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Happy New Year!

Valentine's Day

Celebrate Valentine’s Day and treat your special someone to a romantic dinner or brunch at The Greenbriar Inn. We will be serving a special multiple course prix fixe dinner menu on Valentine's Day, February 14th and reservations are available from 5pm to 9:30pm.

Easter Sunday Brunch

Join us on Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018 for our Easter brunch buffet. Enjoy our award-winning brunch complete with unlimited champagne or up to three Bloody Mary cocktails for $45 per person or choose just the buffet for $36 per person ($16 for children ages 3 to 10). In addition to the amazing and delicious breakfast and lunch items, a large selection of decadent desserts as well as Silver Canyon coffee, hot teas and house brewed iced tea are included. We are extending our brunch hours on Easter Sunday and will be seating from 10am to 4pm.
We will be closed for dinner.

University of Colorado-Boulder Graduation Weekend

Congratulations! The Greenbriar is an excellent place to celebrate this special and memorable event. Since this is a busy time and space does become limited, we suggest that you book your reservations as early as possible. We are accepting reservations for dinner on Thursday, May 10th from 5:30pm-9pm, Friday, May 11th and Saturday, May 12th from 5pm-9:30pm and on Sunday, May 13th from 6pm-9pm. To reserve a private luncheon or dinner party for 15 or more guests call us for details.

Mother's Day

We will be serving both brunch and dinner on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 13, 2018. Brunch will be served from 10am to 2:30pm. The champagne buffet brunch is $45 per person and includes unlimited champagne and sparkling cider. The buffet brunch only is $36 per person. Children ages 3 to 10 are $16. Dinner will begin at 6pm, and will feature a wonderful selection of our seasonal a la carte dinner and dessert menu items. Make your reservations now and give mom the love she deserves.
