Hours of Operation
We are OPEN for dinner Wednesday-Sunday 5-9pm and for brunch on Sunday from 10am-1pm. Dining will be inside in our spacious dining rooms, in the bar and outside on the patios (weather permitting). Reservations are greatly appreciated so you can reserve your favorite outdoor table and to allow us to staff accordingly. Please call us for reservations or make them on-line from the home page of our website. We look forward to seeing you soon!
"To-Go" and Picnics
All of our menu items are available to-go, including wine, beer and cocktails! Call us Wednesday-Sunday any time after 1pm to place your dinner order for pick up as early as 5:15pm or for Sunday brunch, call after 10am and let us know when you will arrive. Take your order home or bring your blanket and chairs and enjoy your food picnic-style on our grounds. Our pond and waterfall area as well as the lawn by the cabin are excellent places to relax in the shade of the trees and enjoy the sunset. Please take care to social distance from other groups and clean up your space when you are finished. Dogs on a leash are welcome!

Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence 2021
We are excited to announce that we have, once again, received the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator! This is the 20th consecutive year we have been given this award and are proud to be recognized for our amazing wine list. Best of Award Winner's wine lists "display excellent breadth across multiple wine growing regions and/or significant vertical depth of top producers, along with superior presentation. Typically offering 350 or more selections, these restaurants are destinations for serious wine lovers, showing a deep commitment to wine, both in the cellar and through their service team." Greenbriar Inn Farm Update
We are thrilled to be in our 26th season of production with our on-site natural herb and produce gardens. Our three gardens total 7,000 sq ft. and are located right outside our back door. We planted more than 90 items last year including several varieties of tomatoes and peppers, yellow and spaghetti squash, beets (golden, Chioggia and Detroit dark red), eggplant, yellow, green and purple beans, zucchini, pumpkins, arugula, rainbow chard, Swiss chard, kale, spinach, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, herbs, edible flowers and so much more. Most of our garden production has come to an end but we are still harvesting herbs, kale, and horseradish! Check back periodically for garden updates as we get ready to plant this spring!
Greenbriar Inn Farm has now added chickens! Our lovely hens are raised off-site by The Greenbriar Inn owners, Phil and Emma. They are naturally raised with organic feed, produce and herb scraps from the restaurant, treats and lots of love. Fresh eggs will be available to purchase at the restaurant whenever we have them and will also be used in some of our Sunday brunch dishes.
Make your reservations now for Thanksgiving Eve on Wednesday, November 23, 2022! The night before Thanksgiving we will be offering a featured Thanksgiving turkey entrée for $32 ($20 for a children's plate) as well as slices of pecan, pumpkin and apple pie for $8-10. Have your turkey early and beat the crowds or indulge in two days of turkey because it's that good! A limited selection of our regular seasonal dinner and dessert menus will also be available.
Join us on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24, 2022 for one of the most anticipated dining events of the year. Our delicious Thanksgiving buffet will be $65 per person ($30 for kids under 12) and will include carved turkey, prime rib, salmon, traditional Thanksgiving sides, appetizers, soups and holiday pies and desserts. Seatings are from 11:30am to 7pm and reservations are required.
The Greenbriar Inn is a wonderful place to celebrate the holidays and we are now booking holiday parties of all sizes. Whether it’s an intimate party of 10 or a grand event of 200, we'll help you celebrate in style. Join us on December 24, 2022 for a delicious Christmas Eve feast. Our dinner buffet will be $75 per person ($35 for children age 3 to age 12) with seatings from 4pm to 8pm and will feature an amazing selection of holiday dinner and dessert selections. New Year's Eve
Celebrate the end of 2021 and toast the beginning of a new year at The Greenbriar Inn on New Year's Eve, December 31st! We will be offering a spectacular multi-course New Year's Eve tasting dinner from 5pm-9pm. This prix fixe dinner menu will include your choice of innovative and delicious menu selections allowing you to create your own tasting menu. Champagne or sparkling cider are also included.

New Year's Day
Ring in the new year on New Year's Day, Sunday, January 1, 2023 and join us for a delicious brunch. Enjoy our award-winning brunch menu featuring entrée and dessert specials, mimosas, bellinis, Bloody Mary cocktails and unlimited champagne from 10am to 2pm. Reservations are recommended!

Celebrate love on Valentine’s Day and enjoy a romantic dinner with your special someone at The Greenbriar Inn! Join us for a multi-course prix fixe dinner on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 or for our seasonal dinner, bistro and dessert menus on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, February 10th-12th. Valentine's cocktails, wine features and special Valentine's desserts will be available all weekend and Sunday brunch on February 12th will also feature strawberry mimosas and sparkling rosé. Seatings for dinner are from 5-9pm and from 10am-1pm for Sunday brunch. Reservations are strongly suggested and required for Tuesday the 14th!
Easter Sunday Brunch
Join us on Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023 for our famous Easter buffet brunch! Enjoy a decadent buffet featuring chef carved prime rib, leg of lamb, oysters on the half shell, shrimp, eggs benedict, quiches, applewood smoked bacon, pan seared salmon, assorted salads, charcuterie, an amazing display of delicious desserts and so much more! Beverages including coffee and tea, juices, Bloody Mary cocktails, mimosas, and sparkling wine will also be available for an extra charge as well as an unlimited sparkling wine option! Reservations are required and brunch hours will be extended with seatings from 10am-4pm. We will only be offering in-house seating on Easter and no to-go orders will be available. Check back for the full menu with pricing when we get closer to the event!

University of Colorado-Boulder Graduation Weekend
Congratulations! The Greenbriar is an excellent place to celebrate this special and memorable event. Since this is a busy time and space does become limited, we suggest that you book your reservations as early as possible. We are accepting reservations for dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5pm-9pm and on Sunday for brunch from 10am-1pm and for dinner from 5-9pm. To reserve a private luncheon or dinner party for 15 or more guests call us for details.
Mother's Day Brunch Buffet
Join us on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 14, 2023 for our award-winning buffet brunch! Enjoy a decadent buffet for $60 per person and $30 for children ages 3-12 (excluding tax and gratuity) featuring chef carved prime rib, leg of lamb, oysters on the half shell, shrimp, eggs benedict, quiches, applewood smoked bacon, pan seared salmon, assorted salads, charcuterie, an amazing display of delicious desserts and so much more! Beverages including coffee and tea, juices, Bloody Mary cocktails, mimosas, and sparkling wine will also be available for an extra charge as well as an unlimited sparkling wine option for $15! Reservations are required and brunch hours will be extended with seatings from 10am-4pm. We will only be offering in-house seating on Mother's Day and no to-go orders will be available.

Our dining rooms are very spacious, allowing for ample room between tables and we have opened two outdoor patios (weather permitting). Masks are no longer required inside the restaurant but you are welcome to wear one if you are more comfortable and some of our staff does continue to mask up. We will continue to take COVID-19 precautions seriously to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for you and our staff.
